🔹 Return Window: You can return your order within 12 days from the delivery date. (For orders placed outside sale duration.)
🔹 Hygiene First: Due to strict hygiene standards, some product categories are non-returnable.

❌ Returns won’t be accepted if:

🔹 How to Return?
📸 If you’ve received a defective product, email info@trophymall.shop with images.
📦 Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours.
🔹 Reverse Pickup & Charges:
🚛 We rely on courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.
💰 For returns, 50% of the delivery cost will be deducted (credited back to your TrophyMall Wallet within 48-72 hours after quality check).
🔹 Sale Returns:
🎉 If you return an order placed during a sale, only the amount you paid will be refunded (not the current product price).
🔹 Refund Method:
💳 The refunded amount will be credited to your TrophyMall Wallet.

❌ It cannot be used at retail stores or transferred to another account.
🔹 Wallet Rules:
💳 The wallet amount is non-refundable (cannot be transferred to a bank account).
🛒 When paying with wallet credits, they can cover 93%-95% of the total order amount. (The rest must be paid via another method.)
