Customers share 50% of return shipping costs (credited back to your TrophyMall Wallet within 48-72 hours post-quality check).

TrophyMall Wallet balance can only be used on TrophyMall.shop.

Wallet credits cannot be transferred to a bank account or another user.

Wallet credits cover 93%-95% of your purchase; the remaining amount must be paid separately.
Special Replacement Policy π
Certain categories are only eligible for replacement (not refunds). The replacement period is 15 days from the purchase date.

If you think your product qualifies for a replacement, contact us. Weβll arrange a pickup within 7 days, and TrophyMall covers 50% of the return shipping for verified defects.
