Outside the state: 7-10 days.
Maximum timeframe: 30 days from Order Confirmation (barring unforeseen delays).
Delivery is completed when you or someone at your address signs for the package.

Return/Refund Policy 🛒
We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date (except for sale items).
✔ Refunds will be credited to your TrophyMall Wallet 💳
✔ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
✔ Sale items will be refunded at the amount paid, not the current price.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, let us know within 24 hours at Trophymallulhasnagar@gmail.com 📧. Orders can be returned twice consecutively if necessary.
Return Guidelines 📦
The product must be unused, undamaged, and have all tags attached.
Some categories (like mini trophies) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Returns will be picked up within 48 hours after approval by our team.
Customers share 50% of return shipping costs (credited back to your TrophyMall Wallet within 48-72 hours post-quality check).
Wallet Terms & Conditions 💳
TrophyMall Wallet balance can only be used on TrophyMall.shop.
Wallet credits cannot be transferred to a bank account or another user.
Wallet credits cover 93%-95% of your purchase; the remaining amount must be paid separately.
Special Replacement Policy 🔄
Certain categories are only eligible for replacement (not refunds). The replacement period is 15 days from the purchase date.

If you think your product qualifies for a replacement, contact us. We’ll arrange a pickup within 7 days, and TrophyMall covers 50% of the return shipping for verified defects.
