Our Happy Return & Refund Policy 😊
We want you to shop with confidence! If you ever need to return something, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how it works:
✔ 15-Day Return Window – You have 15 days from the day your order was delivered (for non-sale items) to return it. If your return meets our policy, we’ll happily credit the amount back to your Trophymall wallet so you can shop again! 🚀
✔ What’s Not Covered? – Shipping charges are non-refundable.
✔ Received the wrong or damaged product? 😟 No worries! Just email us within 24 hours at Trophymallulhasnagar@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right. You can return an order twice in a row if needed.
How to Return? 📦
✔ Condition Check – The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with tags attached. We won’t be able to accept returns if the product looks used or damaged (unless it arrived that way).
✔ Hygiene First! 🚫 – Some product categories (like mini trophies) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
✔ Reverse Pickup – Once your return request is approved by our Customer Experience Team, we’ll arrange for a pickup within 48 hours. Just pack the product the same way it was delivered.
✔ Delivery Charges? – Since we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC, they charge us for reverse pickups. We request customers to cover 50% of the return shipping cost (which will be credited back to your Trophymall wallet within 48-72 hours after the quality check).
✔ Sale Item Returns – If you return an item bought during a sale, we’ll refund only the amount you paid, not the current price.
